Copyium provides an AI-powered content writing and optimization platform that includes blog writing, long-form content generation, content optimization, SEO scoring, brand voice training, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using our Services. Copyium does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Generate content that is defamatory, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Copyium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
